+1 attack, +4 defense, +6 initiative, +20% damage to neutral creatures,
and +1 to minimum and maximum damage of all hero's stacks.
This equals 11 AP. Artifact Points give you more xp and skill points in battle, so this is very helpful. in leveling up quickly.
